TalkToAI Terms of Use

1. Operator and contact

TalkToAI is the ecosystem brand for connected AI, research, software, board, subscription, and content services. Contact: shaf@talktoai.org.

2. Agreement to ecosystem rules

Your use of any connected service means you accept these terms, any product-specific terms, posted in-house board rules, payment rules, upload rules, API rules, and safety rules. If a connected service such as ZeroThink has its own terms, those terms also apply to that service.

3. AI outputs and no professional advice

AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, experimental, or unsuitable. Outputs are for research, drafting, education, productivity, entertainment, and exploration only. They are not legal, medical, genetic, clinical, financial, investment, defence, aviation, engineering, tax, safety-critical, or government advice. You must independently verify outputs before relying on them.

4. No safety-critical reliance

You must not use the services as the sole basis for decisions involving life, health, liberty, aircraft, vehicles, operational hardware, weapons, public safety, critical infrastructure, regulated services, employment, finance, legal rights, medical treatment, national security, or any high-risk activity. Human review and qualified expert validation are required.

5. In-house board and community rules

By using any in-house board, forum, comment section, profile, feedback tool, shared workspace, or upload area, you agree not to post unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, private, confidential, exploitative, spam, malware, credential, seed phrase, API key, personal data about others, or third-party-owned material. TalkToAI may moderate, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, IP protection, or claim defence.

6. User content licence

You keep ownership of content you lawfully own, but you grant TalkToAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, display, process, transform, moderate, remove, analyse, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, promote, and defend the services. You confirm you have all rights needed to submit that content.

7. TalkToAI intellectual property

TalkToAI, OpenZero, ZeroThink, DNA Lab, ZeroMint, ZMath, QuantumZero, logos, names, code, interface designs, prompts, workflows, system structures, research framing, written content, graphics, audio, video, and non-user materials are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, clone, resell, reverse engineer, rebrand, extract prompts from, bypass, or create competing services from protected parts of the ecosystem except where law expressly allows.

8. Uploaded files, DNA files, and third-party rights

You must only upload files, DNA data, documents, code, images, prompts, and research material that you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for confidentiality, copyright, privacy, permissions, export controls, and third-party restrictions. Do not upload passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, classified material, unlawful material, or personal data about others without authority.

9. Payments, tokens, and crypto

Subscriptions, donations, Solana payments, token utilities, wallet interactions, and blockchain features may change, fail, be delayed, or be unavailable. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Token or crypto references are not investment advice, not a promise of profit, and not a regulated financial recommendation. You are responsible for wallet safety, taxes, compliance, and transaction accuracy.

10. Prohibited use

• No hacking, scraping, credential attacks, prompt theft, model theft, malware, spam, phishing, rate-limit bypassing, or service disruption.
• No unlawful surveillance, harassment, impersonation, fraud, exploitation, child-safety abuse, privacy violations, or infringement.
• No use that violates export controls, sanctions, third-party platform rules, or any applicable law.
• No use of outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice in high-risk contexts.

11. Suspension and termination

TalkToAI may limit, suspend, remove, terminate, or refuse access to accounts, boards, files, APIs, subscriptions, content, or features where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, IP protection, platform stability, or suspected breach of these terms.

12. No warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that any service, output, board, upload, subscription, token utility, blockchain feature, research tool, or third-party integration will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, available, compliant with your obligations, or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkToAI, its operator, contributors, developers, suppliers, connected services, and ecosystem brands will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, trading loss, wallet loss, reliance on AI outputs, third-party actions, or claims arising from user content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not allow exclusion.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkToAI, its operator, contributors, developers, suppliers, and connected services from claims, losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, uploaded files, board posts, user content, breach of terms, infringement, misuse of outputs, wallet/API-key misuse, or violation of law.

15. Disputes and governing law

Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact shaf@talktoai.org with a clear description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you non-waivable rights elsewhere.

16. Changes

These terms may be updated as the ecosystem, law, risk, or business needs change. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
